La tierra se agitó de un extremo a otro de Calamburia. Ni siquiera los eruditos de Skuchain fueron capaces de prever un acontecimiento tan fuera de lo corriente.

Se trató de un temblor suave, pero que anunciaba, sin duda, la llegada de algo importante. Algo que terminaría por cambiarlo todo.

Los primeros en notarlo fueron los Hijos del Dragón. Allí abajo, cerca del Inframundo, Uruyumi pudo captar el débil quejido de la tierra. Den Shiao, que meditaba no muy lejos, comprendió que aquello vaticinaba un acontecimiento peligroso, de modo que marchó a la tierra de los muertos para preguntar a sus ancestros.

Los segundos en orden fueron los Inventores.
